Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within our standard return period after receiving your item. To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and enclosed in its original packaging with all attached tags and labels intact.

Return Evaluation

Once your returned item is received at our facility, it undergoes a standard quality inspection. We will evaluate the condition of the product to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the item is found to be damaged, used, or altered in any way not due to a manufacturing defect or transit damage, the refund request may be declined.

Refund Processing

Upon successful inspection and approval of your return, a refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment. Please allow a few standard business days for the financial institution or payment provider to process the transaction and reflect the credit in your account balance.
