Refund policy

We accept a return only when you receive a damaged item or the wrong item. Contact us within 10 days of delivery at glimjewelsbyaf@gmail.com or WhatsApp 0332-2570577, and send a photo of the item and your order number.

After we confirm the problem, we will send a replacement or refund the amount you paid. EasyPaisa payments are returned to the same EasyPaisa account, or by another method we agree with you. We do not refund a change of mind.
