All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch promptly after payment verification is completed. Processing times typically take a few standard business days, during which your items are inspected, securely packed, and labeled for shipment. Orders are not processed or shipped during standard weekends or major public holidays.

Delivery Timelines and Logistics

Shipping rates, carrier options, and estimated delivery times are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery destination and selected service level. While we strive to meet all estimated delivery schedules, external factors such as courier delays, weather disruptions, or high-volume peak seasons may cause slight variations in arrival times.

Shipment Tracking

Once your package is handed over to our logistics partner, a shipping confirmation notification containing your active tracking reference will be generated. This allows you to monitor the real-time progress of your delivery from dispatch to final arrival.
